Both times I went there happened to be families with very loud children, which dampened the experience but other than that the food was phenomenal.

Beautiful location and a nice shop and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Great location and delicious pizzas and pastas. Perfect for a group of 10 if us with varied tastes. Friendly staff.

I think this place is a bit of a hidden gem. The menu isn't extensive but what there is is good quality and freshly prepared. he value for money is great and the service is usually very good. It was a little slow on my last visit, but it was packed with work Xmas lunches and the staff were a little stretched.

There was a part of a metal cleaning brush in our pizza. Although the staff were apologetic, it still didn't make for the best experience.

Had lunch with a friend and the food and service was great, they allowed us to chat first then order. I thought that the cost of the meal and a glass of wine was quite reasonable (coming from the Sunshine Coast).

It could just be because it's December, but it was so loud that we couldn't have a conversation at all. It was suppose to be our anniversary dinner, but it was so unromantic. The gnocchi was chewy and bitter, and the pizza was lukewarm and soggy when it came out. Drinks are expensive - a small Four Pines was $10, but a pint of the same at the Ship Inn downstairs is $10.50. There is so much good food in the area, I wouldn't bother going here.

As our table was positioned at the far end of the restaurant, we had to signal to the waitress a few times to try and get her attention. 3 from 8 of our party ordered the salmon which was overcooked, but all other dishes were really tasty.

Fantastic food, great service and location. Staff were friendly and attentive although we were nearly given non gluten free bread after specifically asking for a gluten free dish but this was quickly rectified.

The food is always fantastic, but it was a bit noisy, had to yell at my friend to be heard. My throat is sore this morning from all the yelling lol

Kitchen very disorganized mains arrived in different time from the first to the last main took half hour by the time some people got their main other guest already finish very disappointed

Great food. Waitress was warm, and helpful and judged the time of giving us space without deserting us, really well.

Staff were friendly and the food was good. They brought us the wrong main course. It was for the next table. The entree had almost the same as the sweets for the cannoli.

Great pizza, friendly service make this place worth a visit

Food was tasty - we had the cheese pasta wheel deal. Although, the drinks we ordered at the start came late- after we finished our meal in fact. Otherwise, great staff and would come back again

Arrival was chaotic (flustered host), service was at times passive aggressive (grunted when asked for some more water), and the pasta bland and overpriced for the quality and ingredients (a couple of flecks of crab meat doesn’t make a spanner crab taglioini). When clearing the table the waitress didn’t say or ask anything as to why 95% of our pasta dishes were untouched, at least she skipped over the “leave a tip” prompt on the payment machine without hesitation herself. Lots of potential but feels like a tourist trap.

Most meals were fine. Was promised that one meAl which was the COus cous dish was returned as it had no calamari. Then it can back with calamari they probably use on the pizza and made dish taste awful. We were promised it would come off bill and free Dessert but after paying and leaving we realised it had not. The plus side... they took 80$ off as we used our ent card. Would we return.... probably not.
