Shuk - Bondi

Food was excellent. We had all vegan dishes and the options were few but enough for a delicious meal. Service was friendly but a bit slow. Atmosphere great. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic food, service and location. Great place to go if in Bondi and want to get away from the tourist. Also the bread and hummus is to die for!

Bad service, good food. Always come here we love the food and live near by. We brought family who were visiting from overseas, the service had always been bad but regretted it as the service was as usual awful. The staff have a bad attitude and we were embarrassed by the service.

The food is always fabulous. Everything ive ordered I’ve enjoyed. Just delicious! Occasionally the service is slow but the waitresses are always busy as the places is always packed.

Great food! Loved all of it! Ocean trout with tahini was amazing!! Service good but still bondi cafe service... It is a cafe in bondi though.

Best breakfast in Bondi. Highly recommended and suggest to always book in advance.

Very easy dining, chilled vibe, staff very accommodating Lamb flat bread and bean hummus best dishes! Great menu to share with friends, and not overly pricey

Friends visiting from ACT we all enjoyed our dining experience. The fresh, good quality, and well cooked food was delicious. Excellent service, great value. Will be back.

We came here for Fathers Day & although it was busy, this didn’t impact the quality of service or food - both were excellent. A nice touch were the crayons that were provided for our daughter to draw. We had a great lunch and would highly recommend SHUK.

We enjoyed our breakfast here. The food and service were great. Woud recommend booking to avoid the line. I would recommend the shuk as a breakfast spot.

Fantastic , great service , always go for the chicken as a main when dining in the evenings , along with any of the dishes with halloumy . Shuska eggs for breakfast , best in Bondi !

The food is consistently good. This time we took overseas guests for brunch and they were really impressed! Thank you Shuk for another enjoyable experience!

Delicious food! The Israeli breakfast and the pancakes were both yummy. Very busy so glad we booked. Unfortunately they forgot our drinks order so had to remind them and it took a while. Although many of the toys weren’t in great condition, it was so handy having the kids play area and was lovely to be out in the sunshine.

this is a unique restaurant located far enough away from the bondi madness to be for the locals. Food was outstanding and the service really friendly and helpful

The lamb and pita was excellent. The coffee was accepable and the Shashuka was in the sweet side. It would have benefited from some sort of a kick.

We enjoyed a completely delicious selection of vegan dishes and delightful service but only missed out on a 6 out of 6 rating for the lack of vegan options amongst the desserts. Will definitely be back though and hopefully, able to enjoy dessert as well next time!

The freshest and tastiest food I’ve enjoyed in a long time. A wonderful place to enjoy a lazy lunch on a Sunny Winters day. I can’t recommend Shul highly enough.

Great experience With the kids. Food comes out quickly and now that they offer textas and menus to colour in, it makes it that much easier!

Tiny warm chocolate milkshakes, next to giant (but tasty) sandwiches and rather average service. May have been bc we were in the garden, which was great with kids. I’d recommend they sort out service in the garden but apart from that it was good.

The food is amazing however the service was rather average. On arrival, they did not know that I had made a booking and then had to scramble to find us a table.

Great food. Great coffee. Inside and outside seating available. Great location! Area for the kids to play around. Highly recommend this cafe. Easy to park.

My food was quite bland however the rest of my group really enjoyed theirs. They had run out of tomatoes. My friend ordered a picalo and the waitress brought 3. My other friend ordered a peppermint tea which didn't come and she had to remind the staff. The payment machine was out of order at the end. Good other than those few points.

Food was great and fresh. The service though was not very good. Booked the table a week ago, and had to sit outside in the cold. Then was told in a not friendly way I needed to specify if I wanted to sit inside when I booked.

Lovely healthy meals and good portion sizes. We enjoyed the shared starters a good selection and the flatbreads were a standout. Very nice ambience for a group of 6 to catch up. Also generous with glasses of wine. The menu is a good size with a great range of selection for everyone. We look forward to returning to breakfast in the future.

Best breakfast in Bondi. Get the teff pancakes and the falafel bowl. Definitely make a booking though, as it is super busy on the weekends!

Delicious food, great fast service. Perfect in winter gets the sun all day, grab an outside if you can. Recommend the sabich bowl with lamb

Atmosphere, service, FOOD .. ALL SPOT ON & ON POINT!! I swore by this place to my cousins and bestie that I went with and they could not get over how good it was!! They all literally messaged me afterwards saying how much they enjoyed it there!! Thank you SHUK BONDI !!

We had a very good time at the Shuk. Everything was wonderful. The food was delicious,The service was fantastic and the vibe was good. It was a cold day and it was nice and warm in the restaurant.

Lovely service-all the waitresses were extra attentive. Food was good-the hummus w/ lamb was very nice, the shuk-e bowl was good but not surprisingly delicious. Very nice atmosphere.

Food was amazing so pleased to see more vegan options. Wish they would stop using plastic straws though, very poor environmentally, metal straws would be better.

The food was absolutely delicious and the menu was quite unique and extensive. The coffee was also incredible! The atmosphere was delightful. It was just a wonderful way to start the day.

Love the food here - breakfast & lunch food never disappoint! Will definitely come and try the dinner one day! Highly recommend this place, one of our favourite cafes in Sydney!

Excellent food in a lovely neighbourhood relaxed environment. Also great value for money, generous serves, good idea to share dishes to try different ones. The tiramisu desert was also very nice !
