Didn’t have a table for us even though we booked. Had to join another table. Food is good but this was poor service.

Turned up a bit early for our reservation but they were able to accommodate us. The staff were very friendly and took our order when we were ready. The food was great and was surprisingly busy for a Sunday night. I'll definitely be booking here again!

We have been to Twelve Spices many times previously, however it has been a few years now. We decided to return to celebrate a birthday dinner. However, we have noticed the food didn't taste like it used to, it appeared to be a fusion Thai. We did mention it to the waiter serving us that there is a lot of oil in some of the wok dishes like fried rice, pad kee mao, thai basil mussels and this isn't what Thai/Lao foods is supposed to be like from experience.

The food was amazing but the service could be better. We also were given the wrong dessert and charged twice for it. Bit frustrating but to give them credit, it was busy.

Been there last year but this time no good new owners new not happy looking looks very bad Ac was not on as the staff to put on and she was going on about that and one of staff put in on not going back.

Food was really nice although a bit oily this time. Air con was not working but I understand that was out of their control. We could have at least had cold water provided, but it was room temperature.

Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Quick service by cheerful waitress. Was fairly quiet at lunch time but I've been there at night when the noise level is quite high with each table packed full. Have tried quite a few of their dishes over the years and loved every one.
