Food wasn’t as great as it used to be but it was ok. Service was great but the background music was loud and full of swearing (rap/hip hop songs) and the blinking fairy lights are really distracting and annoying. If you want families to fill your first setting for the night, you need to make it family friendly again.

It was delicious although they got our order wrong and charged us for it so we had to wait until it was sorted out. We didn’t get the updated bill promptly so we ended up walking up to the counter. A little annoying but the food was good.

I think the Owner change, find some foods is different...waitress seem confused and not sure about the booking and has to check again to make sure that the table is ours. Overall food is good

Entrees came after mains, fish fillets all had bones, ox tongue sliced way too thick.

We have decided this year to have our family Christmas lunch at twelve spices. We waited at least 20 minutes before we could get someone to take our order. I do understand that it was fairly busy, but knowing that it is Christmas Day and having many reservations also not to mention takeaway orders that were coming through via the phone the restaurant should have rostered more staff on to provide the service. Overall the food was great, the service could be better as they lack the staff.

The food was absolutely amazing! I dined with a group of my friends and we were not disappointed at all. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Restaurant itself was very nice and clean will definitely be back!
