Great experience~ the only missed thing was the stuff has forgotten few of my orders but we were fine because they were very busy on that night

Good service. Great food. Just had to wait for a table despite reservation. Otherwise it would have been a 6. Definitely recommend it for a nice night out.

Quality of the Wagyu beef was exceptional will definitely be coming back! Service can improve but overall it was good. Ambience of the restaurant was nice which made our experience very enjoyable.

The meals came out quickly and the staff were very efficient in clearing our table in between courses. Good location, just off , trendy Chapel Street .

Excellent atmosphere and food. We chose the Wagyu luxe set menu for 2 people which was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious!! Our booking was on a Sunday night for 7:45 pm upstairs and we enjoyed great ambience and service.

Very yami. Wagyu is very thin and tasty. I will recommend to my other friends. Next time I want to try the dessert like seasame ice cream

The meal was absolutely amazing. We booked a seat upstairs at a grill! Fun experience, loved the Wagyu! Great service alright and knowledgable staff! Super busy place, not at all what you'd expect from the outside.

Excellent Wagyu selections. This is definitely a place to visit if you love Wagyu. Set menu well worth your money. Sake top notch as well. A++++++

Visited the restaurant during the lunch break I must say Food is premium however portion is way too small so cannot really justify its prices!

Great atmosphere. Food was awesome and fresh! Unusual menu items. Nice and easy to get to, being so close to South Yarra train station and the tram

Great barbecue, we like their variety and quality of beef and seafood is always fresh. 5% off if paid in cash. Hardest thing is to get a table on a weekend!

Food is good, authentic, reasonably priced. Service is also pretty good. Lot of Japanese dining there, always a good sign. Next time I'll try upstairs and have the BBQ.

We were placed in the private room with the charcoal grill, so sometimes service was a bit slower (given we were separate to everyone else), but otherwise no qualms. Food was great. We got the shabu shabu and quite a bit of wagyu for the charcoal grill. Would also recommend the squid for the grill.

A great experience of having a meal in there as extremely delicious M10 steak and Waygu. The waiters process the M10 steak wonderfully. However, the rice is too soft.

Nice ambience, good food. Went there for my birthday because i saw many good reviews and didn't disappoint. The wagyu 9+ is a must, will be back 😊

So Japanese so Beautiful BBQ and the food so delicious. good and friendly stuff. Very recommended for couple, but not really family friendly small place.

Great service, the food is delicious.!!! Sashimi is very fresh, loved the salmon and tuna sashimi. Loved everything, location is great, near South Yarra train station.

Quality of meat was very good and wide selection of cuts although some were not available. Setting and ambience was authentic which brought me back to Japan.

Excellent Marble 9 beef. Loved the juicy beef!! :D Wished the waiters were more attentive though. Seemed like they were not able to handle the big groups of customers :X

Food was awesome, the Wagyu 10+ is the best piece of meat I ever had. The staff were a bit clueless however. They brought someone else order to our table 3 times and give our order to the table next to us.

Price is on the steep side but fantastic marble 9 wagyu. Ambience was cosy but abit noisy as there were many children running around. Overall, enjoyed the food as usual :)

Food was average, they ran out of few beef selections. I would not recommend this place for a dinner date especially on a Friday night

Wagyu were amazing tender and juicy. Sashimi was alright We ordered extra red bean ice team which was good with pretty strong flavor Service was ok In conclusion I would say will introduce to friends and I'll be back Nice!!!

Amazing food, felt like being back in Japan. Slight let down with service, but overall it was enjoyable. Would recommend it and am definitely going back! Oishi!

we ordered soybean wagyu shabu shabu and it was delicious. the broth was used up before the beef and we got free refill for it.

The quantity of 10+ beef is good. But it is way too salty. The other food is just so so. Worst than the one in China town.

10+ marbled sirloin was the highlight for me. Ordered the green lip abalone but it never came out and I didn't realise until after I left. Overall it's definitely worth trying, just slightly overpriced for what it is. I did see a hot pot dish on another table that I will go back to try though.

Nice environment, food was perfect! And service is ok. But the floor is a bit slippery on the way to the amenities. Great family gathering place to be.

The staff and environment are very nice, the food are yummy especially the wagyu, Melt in the mouth!!! Definitely will go back again to try another dishes.

Amazing food and staff!! Staff are very accommodating and even went out of their way to provided us with a very flexible banquet menu. Bbq banquet is highly recommended - it was absolutely delicious!

Set menu is the best way to taste how good Japanese BBQ is! Service is excellent and sashimi is very fresh as well! A local gem!

Great food as always. The service was also good and pleasant despite the busy period. They are kind to give us the private room given we have 3 kids, which made the overall experience more pleasant. In addition, the restaurant provide a prompt response regarding the booking through Quandoo.

Good quality of food and good staff service. We ordered the Lux set which is $99 per person. It is a bit pricey but acceptable. It would be better if we can pick another entree other than the wasabi octopus.

Great experience good staff. Very attentive and willing. great menu but be prepared as its expensive. Well worth the price however. Will be back again.

Fast and friendly service - amazing food! Some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. Cocktails were delicious. Extensive wine list. Can't wait to come back :-)
