Great food and atmosphere. Have been there as a couple and with a group of friends and it is ideal for both. Friendly service. Recommend the chargrilled octopus with the lentils. Absolutely delicious.
Fantastic food, great service, decor and delicious wine. The cauliflower side dish was so tasty, as were the prawns. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Great food. Lovely decor. Lacked a bit of a vibe but otherwise would recommend. Portion sizes were good and pricing was competitive. Would return again
A group of us (6 people) met to do our semi annual catch-up, the ambiance was good, the attention from the wait staff was excellent and the food was very tasty and more than enough (we had the banquet menu) - definitely not something that one could rustle up at home - making it a very special occasion!
The food was delicious - had the ravioli, octopus and the lamb - would recommend all three dishes. Staff were friendly and the a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant.
Great looking food and even better tasting. Host was personable and incredibly inviting, even when we were late to our booking. Family had a great time!
We had a good experience at Ahgora. Nice atmosphere, interesting menu, good food and good service. Lots of gluten free options on the menu too.
The food and service was great, the only drawback was it was a very busy Friday night (which is understandable) and as a result lots of noise. As we were a small group catching up after a while, we would have liked a quieter space. That aside, it is still one of my favourite restaurants. I will definitely be back.
We shared the haloumi ravioli and the prawns with corn purée, with a size of the cauliflower. Just had room to share a baklava. Beautiful food, great service. Nothing to fault.
The wait staff were lovely and very attentive but it helps being one of the few people in the place at the time so we had a lot of attention. The food was beautiful, however more modern australian with a flourish of greek, rather than strictly greek which was slightly disappointing. However what was on offer was beautifully cooked, and the portions for sharing were just right.
Excellent service ambiance and food Great location in inner west Sydney Greek traditional food finely tuned into a subtle sphere of taste, aroma and flavour
G reat a tmosphere, d elicious f ood a nd g reat a nd f riendly s ervice. F avourite d ish h aloumi r avioli.
We had the banquet menu. Entree was good but mains came one by one and we would have liked the mains & sides to come all together. We were 4 of us and the portions were quite small to fill 4 adults. Price was $55pp but not worth it. Included wine but I noticed my bill included a glass of Pinot Noir -???
Excellent, friendly service. Good food. A pleasant change from the "standard" Greek Feast. We had a six course feast and found it was too much food for the two of us.
The banquet is super value and all choices are yummy! The octopus was a stand-out and all accompanied by low key but attentive service. The dessert platter is sensational with the banquet - we wished we had more room for it!
the place is great! Ver nice atmosphare (small and intimate). The staff was super friendly and attentive and food was delicious.... definately come back soon!
