We had quite a big party of people. They have a room out the back that caters for large groups. The food was great entrees amazing. Highly recommend

Chicken was over cooked, dry. Entree calamari good, but prawns were plain

We had a 1.30 booking and there was nobody else in the entire restaurant. The waiter was very professional and helpful but the venue lacked any atmosphere, no air conditioning on a very hot day and with a reduced booking size (due to family illness) I would think we would have been placed on a smaller table. Food was ok. Bruschetta starter was probably the best we had. Dads marinara was over cooked, my daughters bolognese arrived with cheese on top (despite requesting without) the chef didn't read instructions and it wasn't busy so would hate to see what happens on a busy day or night! The swordfish seemed like a good idea but was all over cooked (including the veg it arrived with) my daughters bolognese had a hair in it but after waiting for a fresh batch with no cheese we were reluctant to complain and have to wait again. Sadly not a place I would choose to visit again. It seems like it needs a good injection of energy, fresh decor and some Italian chefs would be a good start! I commend the waiter for his efforts in a very average setting. Shame as I'm sure it could be a great local Italian if the owners put some more thought into the place. I rarely take so much time for these reviews but as someone who dines out frequently I felt I needed to share my experience.

Lamb and pork belly were great - got to get there early to get some

Seems to have gone downhill since last there awhile ago. Lamb was dry, pork very fatty, broccoli overcooked, mussel shells mainly empty…took forever to get a cocktail we ordered…won’t be going back

Got the tomahawk steak was beautiful and cooked to perfection

Went out of there way to accommodate us, we were late because of train delay yet they stayed open past closing time for us

We were seated in the back room under a speaker, the music was very loud, and night club vibe songs, definitely not suitable for a Thursday night family dinner. The meal itself was fabulous

Service was prompt as we sat. We took a while to decide but they were vigilant that we’re not forgotten. My daughter is not a lamb eater as it was Father’s Day, we shared a mixed grill and glad to know she now loves it. Roasted really well and perfectly. Smiles all around as other guests arrived and were happy to eat and save a little for takeout . Price was reasonable and would be happy to go back for more dinners

Food was good, service bad. Meals not delivered together. Had to ask for entrees to be cleared and the girl took 1 plate away. We have eaten there quite afew times but the only service staff who knew what they were doing was the tall lady with hair in a bun.we used to get a complimentary limoncello but not offered this time.

My only issue was the music above our table was a bit loud and we could barely hear each other talk. I would suggest ambient sound level should be a little lower in volume. otherwise our whole experience was exceptional

It was very lovely to be greeted by various staff members on arrival. The staff and service was en pointe and the food was amazing. The complimentary Limoncello Liqeur was a very pleasant surprise at the end of our meal. We had a great evening and will definitely visit your great restaurant again. Thank you so much :)

Food was ok, nothing too special. Portions were generous. Staff were friendly but did mix our order with another table, resulting me getting my meal 15mins before my partner. I would return again, but not in a hurry, suppose it was ok for the money paid.

Food was exceptionally good. I had the squid ink pasta and the wife a had the Swordfish. Both meals were freshly made. Definitely put this on your radar. Service was excellent and not overpriced.

Food was good. Service was good. We went on Saturday lunchtime. We asked for fish. Sorry we don't have any. Pork Belly? Sorry, night time only (the menu says: (Fridays and Saturdays only). Vanilla ice cream? Sorry, we've only got chocolate. That and one large and one small fly that kept trying to share our four meals.
