Fantastic service and the food was delicious and generous servings

Service was good. Early dinner seating and they had unfortunately run out of sticky date pudding, panna cota and midori.

Waited one hour and a half for our food to come out, when the food finally arrived after such a long wait we could not eat together as it came 15 minutes apart. The entree came at the end instead of the start . we cleared our on plates as the waiter just dropped the food and left. my daughter had to wait one and a half for a kids meal . Overall the food tasted horrible, no seasoning and very bland not to mention the pasta dish was half uncooked . No one really apologised after several complaints. Different won’t be back !!!

Poor service staff not welcoming had to wait for service for drinks ,food and once we ordered all the food came out one by one my meat came but no cutlery asked for cutlery and got it 15mins later by then the meat was cold and then kept asking for my husbands pizza it took them 45 mina for the pizza to come by then I had finished my dinner and my husband was eating by himself when you go out for dinner food should come together not one by one we should eat together i rate the restaurant very very poor i would never go there again and will definitely tell other people off my experiences Crinitis a not a place to eat and would never recommend it to anyone extremely disappointing

Arrived but hated the look of the place. Left immediately.

Pizza and pasta were okay overall but there was some fish smell over the restaurant and most of the floor staffs seemed new to the place.

It was alright. Family restaurant style. Near the beach, good view.

Food was fabulous, however mains followed starters a little bit too quickly! Staff were not always on hand for drinks, dessert or coffee orders. Location was lovely, but the music choices a bit out of keeping!

Beautiful food, great location and good service. Parking was a bit of a problem but a great place for the family to get together and have a good time.

Portions were just too big and magnified when starts and mains all arrived at the same time. Food was tasty but the portions off putting

It was a very late night booking, after a recommendation from someone I had just met at function. She highly recommended Crinitis. I made a 9pm booking, just one and half hours before. The food did not take long to be served and it was delicious. The portions were very generous too. We had an awesome dinner.

The chicken pasta we ordered had a funny smell like the chicken was off. Probably one of the worst meals I’ve had here. Even the kids chicken dish came out undercooked so had to get them a pizza instead.

Our experience at Criniti’s Brighton-Le-Sands wasn’t the best due to the poor service. Even though I had a booking and the restaurant wasn’t very busy, we still waited over 10 minutes to be seated. It also took quite a while for our order to be taken. On a positive note, the food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions, and the prices were quite reasonable.

Steak not cooked to liking and risotto was tasteless. No swap out from veggies to salad which is a waste and no one came and asked if our meal was ok. We had to get up and go to the desk because we were ignored to pay which we shouldn’t have. Disappointed

Where do I start i was not happy where we where seated but staff where quick to notice and where very accommodating and offered to change our table the mishaps with the bill was also sorted quickly and with little fuss the food was beautiful and the service was quick, friendly and very professional it's not often that I receive great customer service but I must say the staff where fantastic

A few menu items were not available which was disappointing.

While visiting Crinitis tonight I received an injury due to a broken chair that had been placed at the table - the manager was not overly phased by removing the chair from the seating area. As always the food was brilliant - but unfortunately the customer service is lacking.

First timer here. Had the popcorn prawns and rigatoni calabrese. Service was relatively good and I enjoyed the food.

Visited 25Mar dinner, mixed experience: 1-meter pizza was quite enjoyable, although it was a bit on the oily and salty side. The crust, however, was definitely the highlight—crispy and flavorful! I also tried the ribs which tasted great, but I was disappointed with the portion size. They were not enough to satisfy 1 kg as menu. Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. It was very poor, which really affected the overall experience (especially on Tuesday quiet night) Absolutely amazing view from the restaurant. hope they can improve on the service and portion sizes in the future!

Very poor (non existent) service. Food was terrible (seafood risotto) - undercooked with absolutely no flavour. Pizza was good.

Fabulous food and our waiter was very friendly and helpful

The food was good in some cases and a bit bland in others. The worst was when we were told that our booking was only for 2 hours and they needed the table for another large group. They had plenty of other tables and I feel that restaurants nowadays are being too greedy We were a large group offering a lot of food and alcohol. They would be glad to have customers instead of kicking them out. It was very rude and unnecessary. The manager did offer for us to start on and give the next group another table but really Rubin's my experience. Spending $500 for food that I could make at home, they need to appreciate their customers and make us feel welcome.

For 4 people there was an order for gnnochi 4 x cheeses and pizza or meat dishes. The gnoccchi came 20 minutes before other dishes. SO this was awkward. Appreciate main dinner be served altogether on one serve. Overall this was good evening, but this made it awkward.

Always everything goog and fresh. Nice place to go and have a good pizza.

The pasta was tasteless and when I complained to the waitress, she said she would tell the chef. I watched her as she walked around the restaurant then came back and said the chef will do better next time.

Kids lemonade served in vittoria coffee cups Kids cheeseburgers were raw. Second attempt at the burgers was identical… Pasta and risotto dishes completely flavourless requiring a lot of salt. Great location but a disappointing dining experience unfortunately.

The food was pretty good, but the service was terrible. We waited over an hour for our main course. They seemed very disorganised.

Customer service was very good. Lyca’s service was excellent. But the food is not really great. Has to improve more.

Really bat service and no reserved table when we arrived.
