The food was delicious. It was quite noisy. Did not like where we were seated. The service was quick.

Criniti’s did not disappoint. It was my first visit and the food, service, ocean view and ambiance were great. Thoroughly recommend it although parking can be an issue.

Great first time dining experience at Criniti’s. Fast service after ordering, best Pasta we’ve had in a long time. Good Wine list. Sumptuous fried dessert. Looking forward to next time 👍🏻

Good quality and service was good but a bit expensive

Food lacked soul, Frank Sinatra was bland and oily. Sirloin steak tasted pan fried. Had to repeatedly ask where our ordered drinks were as after 20+mins nothing arrived. Finally we ordered the Joey Bananas Crespelle for dessert and after 35 mins it hadn't arrived, we asked where it was and they brought out an Originale Crespelle instead. When we queried this it was taken back but then waiter returned with it advising the kitchen said it was the Joey. When them read out the dessert from the menu which the waiter then acknowledged it was a completely different dessert we had. Correct dessert reordered and brought some 15mins later. Food, service and experience not up to previous experiences and very disappointing

We got served our entree and no drinks came out with it and we had to ask for our drinks like half way into eating it. And we ordered thick shakes and it was not thick shakes we got. I got mine replaced and the second one still wasn’t a thick shake. Very under staffed for a really busy restaurant which is a nice place to sit by the place and eat. Bit disappointed on the shakes. Friendly staff. But very under staffed for a busy Friday night

Good service considering they were under staff, food came out quick. Pizza was really nice Pasta for the price not the best, referring to the spaghetti bolognaise. Regarding the booking when I phoned I ask to be seated outside and was told that by the reservation team member the they can only put a request in but not guarantee the outside seating. Which I found very odd as isn’t that the reason for booking. Because I had kids coming to dinner as there was 14 of us I really wanted outside as I knew the kids would get restless and that way they could play on the sand as I was booking at the Brighton Le sands site. So I didn’t book and went to the restaurant and spoke to the manager on duty and explained the reason for wanted to book outside and was willing to leave a deposit to secure the outside seating, but to my amaze he said sorry he couldn’t take a deposit to secure outside as it all depended on the nights bookings which again I found quite odd. So I left and didn’t book. After speaking with my friends I booked and then on the day I went down during lunch and spoke with the manger and explained I had a booking, for the evening and wanted to leave a deposit to secure outside and confirm that we were ping for dinner. After all the communication trying to secure outside seating the manager said that’s fine we will seat you out side. It was just frustrating that I had to go through all that to secure the out side seating I understand that they were worried if we didn’t show up but that’s why I was willing. To leave a deposit. So maybe implement a system that customers can book outside by leaving a deposit and if they don’t show all cancel they lose the deposit and it covers your set up cost to live a few tables around. Thank you

The food was excellent and our waiter, Dipesh, was very friendly and helpful.

Staff were run off their feet, but took on more than could be handled. Our mains came before our entrees. My side salad never came but was on the bill. I really like it there but probably not on eventful days

Had booked but only seat available was outside. Had to wait along time for order to be taken. Food was served but we had no cutlery. Wait staff never checked on us, always had to get a wait staffs attention. Placed dessert order and was told 15 mins later it was not available but was still charged for it. Very disappointing experience. Will not rush to go back. Not enough wait staff working.

I had previously been to Criniti's and both the food and service were great - Since the arrival of Criniti's in the area (Sutherland Shire area) I have been wanting to try - This was my wife and best friends joint birthday dinner and we found the service a little disappointing - Food quality was great but overall over priced for the experience we encountered.

I have been going to this particular location over years always been nice, however this time round service was not the best and the food was cold. it seemed like they did not want to serve us considering their was 12 of us and we paid a huge bill. The seafood platter was disgusting. It was burnt the octopus on the skewer was burn to the point we cold not take it off the skewer. Never going back.

Everything about this visit was horrendous. From service to food... No one attended us and when we tried to catch their attention, they would simply make eye contact and walk away. No water, nothing. We had to ask multiple times.

Barbecue chicken was not nice paid $8 for mash potatoes which they did not have have not received a refund

Food was ok. Pretty bland but ok. Wouldn’t go back put it that way. Entrees are as big as main dishes you’ve been warned. The mains came out with entrees so the mains were stone cold by the time we go to eat them.

Everyone at the table ordered different things and we all loved it. Delicious!

We had a nice dining experience. The air conditioning was a little bit cold though.

Excellent food, larger portions than expected for the price. Great atmosphere and music. Attentive and friendly staff. Only criticism is that the ladies toilets, although clean, smell terrible. Might be time for new grout or drainage!

The food was delicious and there was so much! Definitely value for money, friendly staff and even though we came at an unexpected busy time they became short staffed, they still managed to prepare the food and drinks in a reasonably fast time. Definitely eat here again.
