Classic Italian food in fabulous location, well priced and generous portions

We had a lovely experience. The only issue was the seagulls (which is not the resturants fault) but made the beginning of our anniversary dinner unpleasant, we got poo'd on twice and then my son got wee'd on his arm. But the lovely waitress moved us when we asked her if we could.

Friendly staff, fast service, pizza was good and nice atmosphere.

Very disappointing experience at Criniti’s Southbank. We had a booking at 4:45 PM under my name, Ali Farhan. Unfortunately, the table we were given was in the corner of the ground floor, right next to the staff station where employees were constantly moving back and forth. It was not a comfortable location for a family occasion. There was a very bad odor around our table. We initially thought it was coming from the table itself and requested it to be cleaned. However, we later realized the smell was actually coming from the staff uniforms, and since their standing station was right beside our table, we were constantly exposed to it. This completely affected our dining experience and put us off during what was meant to be a special family outing. It was disappointing and uncomfortable, and not the standard we expected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves hygiene and seating arrangements for future customers.

I booked for 830 didn’t get seated till about 910 and ordered a pizza and burger pizza came but they tried to give me the burger at 945, terrible service and will NEVER go back!

Got told I would be dining inside but when I got there I was seated outside on high chairs Couldn’t be able to get the birthday song or given my cake with candles on it

My family and I have previously eaten at this restaurant. While the food is always top-quality, this experience was quite poor. On a very hot summer night, despite having a booking made through the restaurant's online link, our party was sat outside. While this was initially okay, the heat affected the children, causing one to go upstairs to the restroom many times for cool water to splash, ultimately causing them to go home and the dinner to be takeaway. When staff were queried about sitting upstairs, they explained that the booking instructions required specification. There was however no option to do so on the online link. Importantly, upstairs was quite empty, with perhaps 6-7 tables full out of an estimated 20-25. While supposedly booked out, given that the booking was at 10-10:30pm for a restaurant closing at 12:00am, it was quite disheartening.

Good food but not amazing No acceptance of split bills … poor show Expensive but food good

Crinitis continues to impress with its quality. Portions were generous and mocktails were so refreshing.

Amazing Italian food. Great customer service as usual. Gnocchi was out of the world. Will visit again soon.

Being super quality was low and food was not up to standard I don’t believe

Felt rushed. Only had an hour to enjoy our diner, and food took half hour to come out and some was cold when it arrived. So sent back to warm up and had to scoff it down in 15 minutes. Ok it was NYE. But we did arrive early.

Have visited 12 months ango and had good service but this time it took a long time for our main meal to come out and had to ask for it. There was no apology or even a discount for the delay, very disappointed, won’t be back in a hurry.

Rubbery garlic bruschetta bread that was cold, inability to get a round spoon vs dessert spoon to eat pasta properly, forgot the parmesan twice, took 5 mins to get a receipt for meal payment.

Our booking indicates we have 1.5 hrs. We arrived on time and was immediately informed we have 1 hr to dine. We informed the manager and was told its a very busy day and but he could give us 1hr and 15min and promised food will come out quickly. The food did come quickly but staff (although polite) kept asking if we have finished rushing us to leave. We end up leaving the resturanat 55 mins after arrival. Worst dining experience ever! I would be more comfortable dining at Macdonald next door! Never again.

Absolutely disappointing experience. The service was poor, the food wasn't pleasant and was extremely overpriced. Would not be returning anytime soon and would not recommend.

We got a few dishes to share and wha we picked was delicious, service was quick and really good.

Not as good as previous visits, felt rushed, lack of care or respect for customers. Focus was on get people in and out. Took the time to book and got shoved down in a back corner as a result. Mains came out before we had finished 1 slice of entree garlic pizza.had to ask staff for pepper, Parmesan and also a spoon for pasta - just no interest or care. Drink came out with like for Corona and couldn’t fit it in the bottle neck. No offer to replace or assist just good luck with that. Couple next to us in corner also commented that service was well below what was expected.

It was very busy. Service was a bit slow. We had to flag down a waiter to order but dishes came promptly.
