love their banh mis and they're always fairly well priced

We arrived to see that the place looked drab and in need of a clean. There were 2 young boys in attendance, one of them in school uniform and no adult to be seen. We sat down and approximately 15 minutes later the older of the boys brought a menu, he put it on the table and stood waiting to take our order. We asked him to come back. At this point not one word had been spoken to us. The whole place was so quiet, there was only one other customer. In the end we decided that we didn't want to eat there at all.
