A beautiful vantage point of Sydney. The food was the biggest surprise, it was excellent. Not just a place for a drink but also to eat. It’s pretty fancy, suitable for a special occasion.

OK,, this venue rests solely on view. Restaurant thinks its a great idea to sit you on a low lounge with a tiny coffee table thinking this is a "table" very uncomfortable. if you are very young and attend solely to look at the beautiful staff ( yes they are all beautiful) good on you. I went to eat , So not a good idea, . My recommendation is eat elsewhere !

Led to believe it’s a private area which it isn’t. Service was very good and food is nice but not as suitable for sharing as it could be. Minimum spend in hindsight was set far too high - definitely wouldn’t do again but would just take my chances with a regular table.

Staff were amazing, always making sure we were being looked after! Got given 2 complimentary drinks as it was a special occasion! Thanks so much for the incredible evening 😊

I had the best wait person who made recommendations and was very good at her job. Our cocktails were flowing and our water was always topped up. The food was great and the view was breathtaking. If I had to say anything, the seating is a bit tight and it was very noisy but it didn't deter me from having an enjoyable night. Special shout out to our wait person, she was wearing a red dress and had curly hair, her service was amazing and we enjoyed all her recommendations. Not too many places in Sydney have good, yet alone great service, so thank you so much for making our first time at Hendy Dean so memorable. We will certainly be back.

Would not suggest, service was poor and the food was all over salted.

Love the food & the view but It was noisy from other customers, the seatings was uncomfortable, awkward & too close to other customers & it was too dark outside to see food or each other Would b more comfortable if u put normal table & chairs instead of couches & more lights outside & option to have a proper dinner meal also on menu

Once again, this was a great evening, enjoyed by our overseas guests, in a wonderful and warm atmosphere.

The view from upstairs was fantastic and the food was excellent. Drinks are expensive. After 2 hours at our table we were able to move to a lovely smaller room with Harbour Bridge views. Staff smoothly accommodated this move allowing us to take our tab with us. Service was great.

Lovely panoramic views of Sydney harbour. Decor is fabulous. Bit pricey, but the food, service and scenery make up for it. Will definitely go again.

one of our cocktails was so strong it was pretty much undrinkable one waitress was fabulous the other asked us about more drinks but left empty dirty plates in front of all and didn't even notice

This is a special place I love taking visitors to from out of town. The service was great and I like that I can book.

Attended between 4:30 pm & 6:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Limited food offered before 5:30 pm but still a great selection of nibbles and beverages on offer. Excellent service and amazing views.

This place is quite the special location! It’s obviously busy due to its spectacular location, so expect a wait. But the wait is definitely worth it!
