Amazing food and really quick service! We came with a large group of people and they were super accommodating. Super easy to order via the QR code.

The staff are always so pleasant and quick to bring food to the tables! Me and my boyfriend absolutely love going on dates here, and we’ve spent our birthdays here with friends too! Highly recommend :)

Staff gave amazing service but seemed a bit automated... .ie. little personal interaction. being Sunday night reasonable to say that may be due to the end of a long service week... overall highly recommended

My family usually go to the epping store however it was no longer open. So went to Greensborough store. Service was fast and food was lovely. Also very reasonably priced for how much food we can get. We do miss the staff at the Epping store though.

Food was average, service was just okay. I know it was busy, but it was Father’s Day, so that was to be expected.

One of our favourite places. It also encourages the kids to look at the menu and think about what they would love to order and ask the staff themselves. Gorgeous food and a really affordable price

Was ok, nothing to be excited about. Left disappointed. Not a fan of all you can eat dishes just ok and nothing that would want to make you go back and have again. Better off going to a normal Japanese restaurant and order off an al carte menu, where you get nice meal and you leave satisfied .Won't be going back.

As always Okami is great value for money, but on this occasion a lot of the food we were served was cold/ had evidently been sitting out waiting to be ordered. We were squashed into a 4 person table with 5 people. Still a good experience; but room for improvement

Service was not great, the wait staff maybe said 10 words to us the entire time we were there. We were almost given wrong food twice. Food portions were actually smaller than listed in the menu. Food quality was exceedingly average, most came out hot but a few dishes came out cold. Everything was extremely salty, even the plain steamed veggies were doused in a generous visible amount of salt. Curry mini udon had very little curry and very little meat. Steamed veggies were still rock hard.

Dinner was great thank you very much. Looking forward to next time.

We arrived at 5:30pm we had booked for my daughter’s birthday dinner as she loves Japanese cuisine we were seated straight away and the service was fast and fresh and ordering system was new to us ordering on line but was truly a great experience for the whole family food was exceptional and wait staff your great and very friendly highly recommend Okami Greensborough

The food is great and arrives very quickly. The restaurant acoustics aren’t so great which makes for difficult conversation in a group greater than 2.
