Food was good and service excellent even though extremely busy

As always Okami is great value for money, but on this occasion a lot of the food we were served was cold/ had evidently been sitting out waiting to be ordered. We were squashed into a 4 person table with 5 people. Still a good experience; but room for improvement

Food was very nice. The restaurant was very busy but they did a good job keeping up with the patrons.

Service was not great, the wait staff maybe said 10 words to us the entire time we were there. We were almost given wrong food twice. Food portions were actually smaller than listed in the menu. Food quality was exceedingly average, most came out hot but a few dishes came out cold. Everything was extremely salty, even the plain steamed veggies were doused in a generous visible amount of salt. Curry mini udon had very little curry and very little meat. Steamed veggies were still rock hard.

Dinner was great thank you very much. Looking forward to next time.

We arrived at 5:30pm we had booked for my daughter’s birthday dinner as she loves Japanese cuisine we were seated straight away and the service was fast and fresh and ordering system was new to us ordering on line but was truly a great experience for the whole family food was exceptional and wait staff your great and very friendly highly recommend Okami Greensborough

The food is great and arrives very quickly. The restaurant acoustics aren’t so great which makes for difficult conversation in a group greater than 2.

This is a regular spot for myself and friends to dine. We absolutely love it and it was no different for this booking. Food was hot, delicious and fresh. Drinks took a little while to come but we had no issues with that. There were a couple of food items missed, but also with how much we ordered, it was also not as big of an issue. We always look forward to coming back!

Waitress was a bit grumpy. But always a good feed!

This is Melbourne's premier all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant. It is an essential visit whenever I am in Melbourne. The only drawback is that lunch service is exclusively available on Sundays.

Food was great but service was terrible, had to use the QR code to order and it didn't work on multiple occasions and we thought the order had gone through. Waited far too long for food. They brought food out an hour after it had been ordered when we were eating cake.

First visit to Okami restaurant was great. The service was prompt and efficient. Being a Sat evening it was very busy, but our food arrived quickly. It was very appetizing and tasty. Will definitely return .

Celebrating our Daughter’s 18th birthday, Okami Greensborough delivered, accomodating to our large family we needed 2 tables. Delicious entrees and mains, affordable drinks Mocktails, Cocktails, soft drinks, wine and Prosecco they had it . Once we got into the ordering by QR code the dishes and drinks came swiftly. They provided a knife, lighter, plates and forks for our Birthday cake we brought with us. Fantastic service, Fantastic price. Excellent night had by us all. Thank you

The food was delicious, particularly the steak options. Also, my partner has a medical issue which means she cannot eat too much. Without question they charged her as a "child" which was fantastic!!
