been there a few times and food quality is maintained, the staff are friendly and engaging.

Pros: The food was tasty and well portioned. Wait staff were friendly. The restaurant was comfortable and warm (it was a chilly night). Cons: the food was served at all different times to everyone seated at the table, mains were served before entrees and vegetables came after we'd eaten our meals... annoying.

Lovely staff!! Wide range of food and different things to try. We tried a bit of everything and it was so tasty and good. They were so quick to bring out everything! will come back

Food was plentiful and delicious! Bit awkward when it came to paying the bill as there was a surcharge added and no split bills were possible.

Food were good, it would be better if ramen are on the menu. Waiting time was reasonable, good service from the staff and good value for money overall.

Since I was there last they’ve changed the ordering system for the table to use a laptop. Service of food was far more efficient. Also, last time there were only two sittings but now you can select from a multiple of time slots which is much better.

I booked the table 7.30 pm got a table almost 8pm

We repeatedly had orders forgotten. We got only two dishes in the first 50 minutes. After that we twice had to ask before food was brought to us,. while all tables around us were overflowing with food. Its as though our table number wasn't recorded.

It was very busy so understandabley it took a bit long for our food to come out but made it a long dinner with a baby. Food was amazing though

Food quality is amazing. Taste is awesome but we had a few issues with the meals. Some food came out cold, food was missing multiple times and when staff was informed it still didn’t get delivered. There weren’t enough staff and they have tried implementing a tablet ordering system. Food was being delivered to the wrong table and food we hadn’t ordered was being delivered to our table.

Staff were friendly but had to wait over 1 hour for our food that ended up never coming. I was eavesdropping and it turned out that lots of other customers were waiting for their food too but just ended up leaving due to the wait. Food tasted pretty good and had a nice atmosphere.

Perfect sunday lunch! Good value for money. There was only one waitress at the time but she was excellent, fast ,friendly and got everything correct. Highly recommend the place. Real value for money, adults $40 and for kids under 12yo is only $24 for AYCE

Food, service and atmosphere great. Value for money. Could do with maybe doing up the outside of the restaurant though as it does match the beautiful inside.

The service was fast and friendly, and the portion sizes were suitable for all-you-can-eat, but we thought the food was mostly sub-par. There was a lack of fresh flavours and flavour variety, too much sugar, and the tempura batter was thick, completely dominating the vegetables. It was like the fast food version of Japanese cuisine
