Okami - Newton

After seeing Okami it took us 12 months to finally get there....and oh my gosh, So worth it !! All you can eat - everything was delicious, fresh,yummy and the best friendlystaff. We rolled away very happy 😂 We will be back - thank ypu for such a great family night out.

The overall quality of the food and the services is great and matches our expectation. The menu can be more improved with more variety.

After telling the staff four times what we wanted we waited 50+ minutes for sushi and was served 4 dishes that we didn't order. Overall quality of food was ok but the service was all over the place. Venue was at half capacity so I wouldn’t like to experience it while busy.

This is by far one of the best dining experiences we have had. 3 adults and 3 children and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Service was fantastic!!!

The restaurant is clean, staff very friendly, food is fresh and good value for money. Have been to Okami many times and have never left disappointed or hungry.

Took ages for someone to come to our table to take our order, chicken tasted funny as if ut was off, all the steak items where over cooked and chewy! I had heard great things so was expecting it to be amazing left disappointed

Quite expensive when you're dealing with children. Lots of noise the place was nearly full, Understaffed and hard to get staff attention. $357 for 4 adults and 6 kids (3 yrs to 15 yrs). No alcohol just soft drinks.

Really enjoyed our dining experience at Okami from the time you walk through the door the atmosphere is buzzing, to the lovely serving staff that can't do enough for you and are always checking to make sure everything is OK and would you like to order me, to even suppling me with a fork as I still have trouble with my chopsticks. The food is amazing and served beautifully a real pleasure to dine and enjoy some of Adelaides top quality food. Thank you all for a wonderfull night out, we will be back again

Started off great, however as it was Father’s Day it got rather busy and there were long delays with some of the food and drinks even though the same dishes were going to other diners. But overall it was still good value.

Food was tasty. Service was good overall, although given we have a sitting if 2 hours, we felt were were being pushed to order very quickly which doesn't let you really enjoy the food

We didn't get everything that we ordered. We were waiting a lot, and when we asked for the order's status, they said it had been missed by mistake. Therefore, we didn't get a chance to enjoy what we loved to eat.

In the world of Japanese buffets, it was quite good. Only thing to note is that the dishes come portioned to the size of your group though so best to ask for small portions first just in case you don’t like them!

Exceptional dining experience. Waitress very attentive from the moment we sat down. Menu choices cater for all tastes, beautifully presented and delicious especially the Beef Carpaccio.
