Restaurant was great. Was my wife birthday and she liked so much the food and atmosphere of the place.

Service poor first course arrived at the same time as main meal

Expensive rubbish. Mussel pot has been made with no seasoning. Grilled snapper wasn’t drilled. Greens were just in oil. Best meal was the kids meal fish and chips. Lovely staff though

Amazing variety of seafood options, one of the best seafood menus I have seen. Quality and serving size amazing, for what I consider reasonable pricing, good value. Defiantly will be returning when back in Melbourne and making sure freinds and relatives are aware of Richmond Oysters.

Had a few teething problems when ordering but duty manager sorted that right out and gave us a complimentry platter - super nice gesture. Food was/is 10/10 if you're a seafood fan (why else would you go!). Share platters were OTT for quality and range. Definitely going back!

The seafood was very fresh and yum . Service was also very friendly.

Had seafood plater. All was beautiful until I got to the King Prawns. There was a huge black mould colour on the shell and when I opened it the flesh was mushy and the black colour was also on the flesh. Manager said he had never seen that before and came back and said it was ink and was perfectly ok to eat. (Not likely) Sorry, it has changed from previously wonderful experiences. We won't be returning.
