The night we visited restaurant was very busy with regular customers and a large group with staff struggling to handle the numbers. It was a cold night outside and our table near the door was very cold with one of us needing to close it each time a customer entered or departed. The bruschetta was delicious and the pizza tasty but I would have preferred a crisper base. Definitely worth another visit to try other dishes on the extensive menu.

Not greeted or welcomed on arrival nor escorted to table. Instead the table was pointed out to us across the room and we made our own way there.

Always a great night at At Fernando's. Fantastic service, warm welcome and overall a great place to dine. The food is always fresh and they cater for gluten free dieters.

The food is quite good, big servings, the service is hit or miss. Will definitely return in the future. Ideal for a quick bite to eat before or after the movies

Great food and atmosphere. Attentive but non intrusive waitstaff. Very friendly family atmosphere. It was a very cold night outside, but there was a roaring fire inside. We will be back.

Couldn't fault our dining experience, staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Meals were fantastic and served in quick time. One of our favourite places to visit as it is always of high standard.

Authentic italian cuisine perfectly cooked and at a reasonable price. The staff are very helpful and friendly but you need to book on Fridays and the weekends.

Great place for a quick meal before the movies. Loved the bread and dips and the linguine with prawns was delicious. 20% discount was an added incentive.

Staff were incredibly accommodating and polite but the restaurant wasn't that busy and it appeared understaffed. I am afraid that I would not rate the food as being great, especially in a location where Italian food can and is so good. At Fernando's was a little less expensive than most in Leichhardt, where it seems that getting a pasta dish under $30 these day is a bargain. There were some decent entry level wines on their list I have to say. I really wanted this to be a gem. A decently priced, good quality Italian we would frequent often, but sadly not.

Enjoyable family meal. Worth it with the use of Entertainment Book voucher, otherwise a little too expensive. Tried as assortment of pasta dishes, good sizes. Pizza was too salty though. Good pleasant service.

Service and ambiance were very nice. Food was a major disappointment. The base red sauce was just awful in every dish. It was too tangy, thick, with an overwhelming use of onion - tasted like something you would get from a jar at the grocery store not made fresh at a nice restaurant.

A very pleasant restaurant and not expensive. However my pizza this time was a little overcooked, but not a disaster. It's a very convenient and cheerful place to go after the theatre and the staff are attentive and eager to please.
