Meet the Greek

The food as always was wonderful, the only let down is that Meet The Greek do not split bills and seeing it is a place to go and share food with friends Greek style it will be a major deciding factor wether we take a group again next time.

The food here was great, the portions were also very generous for the price point. The staff were very helpful,and accommodated a change in the banquet menu.

Delicious food and great service. Huge menu to choose from with traditional Greek dishes. Everything comes out presented lovely, and the service is quick and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Great food served in a good atmosphere, portion sizes were large and the menu very varied. Easy to get to with the Public parking lot just behind the restaurant. We will be returning

service was a bit slow. one hour wait for mains after entrees, and waitress struggled to put mains down because dishes for entrees had not been collected for the hour after being done. however, food and cocktails were great. overall, average but delicious experience

The chicken and the lamb kebabs were delicious. Very tender. Loved the tzatziki. A great way to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. Delicious food and a wonderful husband.

Great service and great food. Dining here was an amazing experience and the atmosphere felt authentically Greek. We are eager to return here and have more delicious food.

Food was good, servings were quite large, great atmosphere, I thought the waitress was a bit pushy but other then that it was quite nice

We recently went to Meet the Greek for a special birthday. The whole night was fantastic from the moment we were greeted at the door. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious, we all had generous servings and the staff were professional and friendly. This is definitely our new favourite restaurant, thanks!

First time there and I absolutely loved the food. The vegetarian pasta wasn't the best but everything else was great. Great service and atmosphere aswell. Definitely going back.

A great location looking over Botany Bay. Parking near by hard to find but at least no parking meters. The menu a little restrictive at lunch. The staff try very hard to make you comfortable which makes up for food that was a little disappointing, vine leafs tough and octopus very rubbery, shish kebab chicken and lamb over cooked.

There were six of us for mid-week lunch, all agreed there was a good selection of mezethes and mains, enjoyed the meal and all six walked away full & satisfied, highly recommended, we will be back.

Really disappointing staff were only interested in upselling everything food was overcooked calamari dry and loukounades raw inside. Meat player for 2 was so burnt and dry so disappointing when we went to pay lady didn't even speak to us just on her phone

Great food, great service awesome atmosphere!! Ordered a banquet for five adults and had lots of food left over. Table service was on going. Definitely will go again!

Lovely atmosphere but just watch the wait staff they have a thing about bumping into chairs and rushing around. Reasonable priced and big meals. Cocktails are great.

It was lovely, food was delicious, apart from the lady at the desk with glasses, she never as much as once smiled. Very serious bringing you to your table and handing out menus all evening, and a very pretty girl at that, would be nice if she smiled. But can't complain food was delicious

The service was excellent. The food was fresh, tasty and plentiful. The Greek music playing in the background was a nice touch. What more could you ask for

What you classify as Zuchinni flowers aren't zuchinni 'flowers'. Just pieces of zuchinni fried. The wording of the banquet is very misleading. 4-full table. The waitress tho was very helpful. Would I go back or recommend to friends. No.

Overall great food. Slow cooked lamb great. Great place. Recommended. Good for kids. Little expensive. Waiters and staff friendly. Location is great opposite the water.

I would recommend Meet the Greek restaurant to friends and family. The food was fresh and full of flavour, friendly staff and good family based atmosphere.

The whole dining experience exceeded expectations. Right from online booking, human confirmation, welcome, seating, service and the food - simply superb. We went as a family outing and everyone was very satisfied & impressed.

The atmosphere and the food well done ✅ table service very efficient and their Greek cocktails to die for. We had calamari, Beautiful feta marinaded in a jar with gorgeous toast and for mains The steak Bizora was to die for.

The food is good but not amazing, they can improve on presentation and the wait staff is friendly but they didn't let us enjoy the meal and relax wanting to clear the tables too quickly

Food was fantastic, good atmosphere. Wait staff were friendly and receptive, they could tell when to bring out the next course without lengthy waits or being rushed. Octopus was the best I have had in Sydney.

Fantastic, fast service, beautiful food quick and convenient. The BBQ octopus was delicious as well the fillo fetta for entrees. We ordered a couple of sharing platters and were not disappointed.

I had the Barramundi and it was very dry and overlooked. My kids had the lamb kebab which also dry and very chewy Moussaka was tasty though I think the restaurant is very over rated and it seems it takes its patrons for granted Service was very disappointing. The staff were more focussed on trying to sell you extra items rather than be accomodating, And that's not to mention how pricey the menu is. Overall. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Theee ate far. Water Greek restaurants within its vicinity

Best Greek food in Sydney! Most authentic Greek dishes and sooooo Delish! Service was great. Only thing that could've been better is if I was actually in Greece!

The main I ordered came out cold...cooked and hor on top but ice cold inside so I didnt not eat it and I was charged for it!
