Great food, great wine and atmosphere, that captures a beautiful Middle Eastern experience. The pizzas are the best Turkish style pizza I have ever had!! Delicious....

The food was great and was brought out promptly. Servers were a little awkward and tended to leave the balcony doors open on what was a windy day, creating a serious draft. But that is just nipicking.

Great service, thank you to the young man who looked after us and ensured our experience was a good one. The food was well presented and very tasty

interesting middle eastern food with lots of options. One of our party was gluten free and the menu catered for this pretty well. Relaxed modern atmosphere where it ispossible to converse without shouting.

The food was exceptional, but the service was indifferent at best. Which is really a shame, because a lot of care has obviously been invested in the decor, the setting, and the menu. Delicious...but an embarrassing place to take guests.

This is the second time I've been this month! The food is amazing with loads of flavour! We couldn't fault any of the dishes we had. And the staff are very attentive. Highly recommend.

Mu partner and I caught up witb some friends we hadnt seen for a long time. Wanted a place with great food, great location and great service. Mr L ticked all the boxes!. We definately we be returning. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Fantastic Food, friendly and helpful service, great atmosphere and view of the water. Thoroughly enjoyable experience!! We will definitely going back as there is still so much more to try on the menu. Pizzas were wonderful and all the plates we shared were delicious!

The food was absolutely delicious - fresh and interesting. The atmosphere was good but it was a bit quiet when we went. Great views of the bay. Service pretty good but a little slow. Would recommend overall

Mr Lawrence is always very good lovely view of the beach from upstairs you can have drinks on the balcony - always goos service. Good varitey of food the pizzas are great plus the weekly menu changes

Very friendly service. The food was delicious and impressed my interstate visitor. The dessert took a little while to come other wide the service was faultless. Will be back.

Great Service, Delicious food. Great Ambience, great Locations, plenty of car park available on Friday Lunchtime's. Highly recommend the Pizza's and anything the share Mezza menu.

I hadn't been to Mr Lawrence for a while as the last time wasn't the best. Lunch today however was excellent. Even though it was quite busy and there was only one waiter the service was excellent and the food very very good. I will start to go more often again.

Food was good , service was a little lacking in that it appeared the take out food went 1st ,and there was a wait for the restaurant food also some of the staff a bit abrupt and in a rush ! e g plates cleared will still eating .

Great variety of delicious food. Our group included a vegetarian and a person with gluten issues and the menu catered for everyone. Friendly service as well.

Mr Lawrence is a beautiful restaurant that serves delicious food. Every time I go there it never lets me down, the Turkish pizza's are amazing and they do ten dollars pizza's on Monday nights!

Great food, great scenery, great service. Very pricey for the amount of food you get though. Would strongly recommend for a special occasion! Ask to be seated upstairs around sunset time for a pleasant surprise!

The food is always amazing! Based on all of my experiences this place should be packed! It's a shame because more people would give it more atmosphere.

We had a fabulous meal, super good value. The staff were most pleasant and engaging. We loved the food and the quality was great. Their beetroot dip was amazing so i asked them about it. A very long process to cook this and it tasted beautiful. Watching the Spirit leave the Harbour in the background was an added bonus.

Excellent airy venue. Great staff. Delicious food. We have enjoyed the good variety and craft beer on tap. Menu is full of surprises. Strongly recommended.

Love this restaurant. Happy to find that the service & food are as good as ever in their new Premesis. Only gripe is the lack of parking!

Very tasty food, service was excellent, there was a good choice of beers (particularly the beer from Dandenong) and wines - we will definitely come again.

Mr Lawrence was nothing short of a fabulous experience. The flavours and presentation of the food was exemplary. Our waiter Lisa was a pro - the beez kneez. I will be telling all my friends about it and look forward to returning soon with more friends.

Very tasty food served too quickly. It just does not have similar or better atmosphere as your last abode. Over all would recomend it to all my freinds if parking was not so expensive.

Amazing food... Great atmosphere, beautiful fire place, although service is a little lacking but not the worst. Upstairs had some larger groups that were noisy. But overall great place.

Terrific food, great service, lovely views of the bay and the ferry to Tasmania. The staff are more than willing to advise on food options if you have special dietary requirements. We sat next to a lovely wood fire. Such a pleasant evening.

As always we enjoyed a delicious meal and our waitress was very pleasant and helpful with selecting our food choices. The special of wagyu beef was delicious.

Fabulous food and excellent service. Just a little sad that our two favourite main courses - pilled pork and pulled lamb -have been dropped from the menu

Fabulous dining experience at Mr Lawrence. Superb food, wine & service. House smoked trout, squid, meatballs, sujuk pizza & Morrocan rosewater dessert were all sensational.

Friendly service, good food, nice ambiance. Will go back, prices reasonable, desert helpings maybe to small for the pricing but very tasteful. All food very tasty.

The food and service were great. The $10 Pizza Monday deal is very good value. The move from the old location has not changed Mr Lawrence at all.

We both enjoyed our meal at Mr. Lawrence. Great atmosphere & the falafels were outstanding... Quality food at terrific prices. I would love to return in the summer months so I can experience the upstairs restaurant views....

Great food, great service and great location. If you want a modern middle eastern menu with great tap beers and wine list, this is a must visit.

Great service, excellent food that catered, without difficulty, for Gluten Free diner. Certainly would come again and recommend it to others. My guests were also impressed.

We were having a lovely meal until our main arrived. We ordered the flank steak, it was very tough. The lamb was lovely , our entres were great but the beef was dreadful and shouldn't have been served.

Nice food in a relaxed environment. Upstairs is much better but seek a table instead of the bench tops with tall chairs like bar sools
