We just keep coming back thanks to the friendly staff, great selection of food, and terrific variety of wines. The fireplace in winter makes the place feel like home.

Great food, excellent service and good atmosphere.With all of that it was noisy! Thankfully we were nearer the back but still pretty hard for us to hear each other.

As always the Staff, food Drink selection is fantastic. The trivia today was super. We didn't win but third isn't too bad either. Go Spreadie.

Went there for steak night, and it was pretty good - great quality meat but tiny sized sides. Excellent friendly service. Would suggest a kid's menu that is a little more interesting, and a little less like the same old, more or less junk food. Thanks.

Great pub with fantastic front bar and small restaurant area which we all really liked. Realistic prices on food and wine with meal was great.

Great value steak special on a Wednesday night but make sure you book as it gets really busy and hard to get a seat as a walk up

Went there for a Friday lunch with friends. Great food, nice atmosphere and super friendly staff. Will defiantly be back again. Keep up the good work.

Great food, great service, would've been a perfect score except that it was pretty noisy (Friday night) and got difficult to have a conversation during the peak period of the evening. I'd recommend going during the week, you won't be disappointed.

Friendly and efficient service. Good Atmosphere. Hubby most impressed with Melbourne Bitter available on tap. Mushroom sauce with the steak was a bit disappointing. Go the red wine jus next time.

Great food and service.we had steak which was cooked to perfection.Accompanied by delicious scallop potatoes and rocket sprinkled with parmasan cheese.washed down with a cold beer and wine.

Huge meals great staff, only two on but handles the dinning room well, Sunday Parma's for only $16.00, as said the meals where very large.

Best steak in Melbourne, and the atmosphere is great. They change their menu regularly and the restaurant Mgr knows here stuff and makes you feel welcome

My husband and my porterhouse Steaks were delicious. The horseradish as a condiment was fantastic. Kids meals were great too. Will definitely be back soon.

The waitresses had to rearrange the table for us up stairs as there were additional visitors at the last moment . T hey were very understanding and delivered a lovely table upstairs ( for the blow ins " family !!! ) all good ... However , the food was exceptionable and delivered nice and hot .. Oh I forgot the dear waitress organised the heater near where we were sitting which made it more comfortable , all in all ( I'm a pie supporter ) but I also enjoyed viewing the great game in you hotel .. We have been b4 for dinner on other occasions , and we will be back . Full marks to your staff when the bill came to have sorted it professionally ..

A great place to meet up with friends. Menu was terrific, great food and great options. Love having table service in a pub. Would highly recommend.

The Parmesan and Manchego cheese churros with smoked paprika and green chili salsa were awesome. We had the house Shiraz, very good and the steak, with a side of greens. Also good. We would prefer to have an option for something other than rocquet. Nice room, not too noisy for a pub.

It was a very busy day lots of family tables, they can be quite demanding on the staff

Excellent food - wonderful atmosphere especially beside the warm inviting fire places. Live music on the Saturday night was also a bonus. Highly recommended. Espresso Martini's - excellent.
