The food and prices were excellent, I think the wait staff needed a little bit more training on the menu, and having plates for shared platters just basic service standards really. I know this sounds like a whinge, but the chairs are ever so uncomfortable, something with a bit of padding will go a long way, especially for the oldies, overall good value good choices and a nice atmosphere, Frank's has been an institution for a long time, try sitting in those chairs for over an hour and you will understand. Had a nice dinner with friends. Steak were cooked to order, got a nice bottle of cab sav, mushroom sauce was tasty. Another positive was the Italian music in the background. The let down was that one of my friends got a noticeably smaller piece of meat. She wasn’t that fuzzed because she loves her veggies so she didn’t complain.

Good night out. Nice to have a place to take family and friends.

Josh was fantastic in helping me give my mother a wonderful 80th birthday. Some of the staff was excellent at their job, some not so good. The food was a bit of hit and miss depending on your pick.

Food was okay but a Paella looked and tasted more like a risotto. I ordered salmon which was overcooked and a little dry. Service was good and waiter was pleasant but the restaurant lacked atmosphere as there weren’t many people..

Gave food order at 7:20pm and received our meals at 9:20pm, table of 6 I ordered steak with mash and veggies and requested NO Garlic- steak and mash were fine, veggies very garlicky Ordered a long black and got an expresso At 10:15pm asked to leave as they were closing Would never go there again No apologies at any stage Wait staff very inexperienced

Oysters kill Patrick over cooked, as was the steak. No fork for oysters and there was no salt and pepper on table. But food was plentiful and overall very nice.
