I live near Noosa in Queensland and visit my mum in Sydney. Discovered Meet the Greek a few years ago and make a point of dining at this restaurant. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the staff are happy, and the atmosphere of Meet the Greek is unique. Cosy, welcoming and thoughtful. This visit for my brother's birthday the staff of their own accord sang a birthday song at dessert with lights out and sparkler. They exceed expectations and deserve high praise. Bravo!!!

At Meet the Greek - the food and the service takes you to Greece - ots not just authentic Greek food its the total Grecian experience!

We were sat near the opening and closing door so that was uncomfortable, the noise was unbearable and the live music was way too loud and went on far too long, the food was average for the price and to charge $30.00 corkage was a rip off

Even though we had booked weeks in advanced we were sat right next to the music, told only table available, our actual table was given to another group who didn’t want to sit there!! Could not hold a conversation, could not hear each other, even to discuss what to order was a yelling match. Very tight squeeze, food was okay. We won’t be back again.

Place was great, food was perfect and the service 1st class. The only downside was the noise, lots of noise bordering on uncomfortable, not withstanding the noise I will go there again as the food was great.

I was with a group of people so decided not to take this up with staff whilst there as it was my choice of dining venue. I have never had a Scotch fillet steak that tough before. It was almost inedible. If you are going to charge $50 for a Scotch Fillet you had better make sure it is top shelf. I was embarrassed for my dining partners. Luckily they chose something else which seemed ok, I will not be back

Nice atmosphere and warm greetings. We’ve ordered the Pork Kontosouvli, BBQ octopus, halloumi and Pastitsio. Portion are decent and all dishes taste great except the octopus was a bit burnt. Overall great staff and food place.

The staff are very accomodating and the place is very cosy. Their seafood platter is a must try.
