Absolutely amazing food and service! Thank you for the experience

The food was excellent! It really tasted so good and the atmosphere was nice Unfortunately we were very dissapointed at the service. The girl that served us seemed very stressed and not serviceminded at all. For exemple; after just finished our meal, being seated just for an hour and ten minutes, she came to us leaving over the bill without us asking for it. As we were waiting for being asked if we wanted dessert or anything else we looked at her with surprise and I asked if we only had the table for an hour?Her answer was that she had a lot of guests waiting! My answer was that we wanted dessert! She just looked stressed. No politeness or excuse at all and I was very polite all the way even earlier when she had forgotten my wine to the dinner and so on. I understand that the girl was unexperienced and didn't have the right feeling for dining paying guests. I hope that she learns that dining guests not only pay for food but also for atmosphere, relaxing and good service. I really liked the food and the restaurant and I will come back soon and hope we will have better service then. Kind regards Susanne and company.

Average quality food. Had to wait ages for the food. Wanted to order dessert and no one ever looked at us, so we just left. Quite expensive for the amount of food you are given... Will not come back as It's just 'another' Indian Restaurant.

We enjoyed the food, particularly the tandoori chicken. However, we were very disappointed to find this time we were charged a transaction fee for paying with a credit card. I don't get charged a transaction fee when I pay my bill at Woolworths so why am I charged one at Flavour of India?

We love this place. The food is consistently good, the service is delightful and attentive. It's BYO. A local favourite

We were happy with the food, however, I would like to understand Flavour of India's views regarding sustainability as we were shocked to be served a drink with a 'plastic' straw! We all know plastic straws end up in the ocean where they harm and kill sea turtles and other marine life because they think they are food. Please stop!

Food was average, price was a bit much too, disappointed

Really good food. Nice staff. Nice place. Clean and decorated bathroom. Enough space for stroller. High chair available.

I was a little disappointed with the quantity of the food in the bowls. The one dessert took 30 minutes to come - a bit too long. we had several waiters serving us rather than just one which might have made us feel a little "unspecial".

Amazing entrees and curries but breads were not up to usual standards! Lovely staff as always and a great vibe thank you!

Best Indian food in Sydney. I had some interstate guests who were very impressed with the food and the service. A must go-to place for Indian.

We enjoy eating the tandoori dishes at Flavour of India but when we ate here last week, unfortunately, the chicken and lamb tandoori were both overcooked and well done rather than the usual medium-rare.

We had a lovely meal last night. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the food was excellent. A lot of people in the restaurant and yet it was nice and quiet. I highly recommend Flavour of India.

We always eat the tandoori chicken, lamb and fish which we much prefer over a lot of the deep-fried food which tends to be stodgy and tasteless.

Everything was delicious and the chef is lovely! He went to our table to ask how was the food, taking good care of us as customers. Good quality of food and service for a great price :)

They serve good Tandoori Chicken, lamb and fish but the service was a bit slow this time.

Food was not the hype that we read about, in fact not even close. No real flavor as some other Indian restaurants. Service was poor and servers were confused, not knowing what foods went to what tables or patrons.

My brother-in-law believes that the food contains MSG and didn’t feel well afterwards.

We were a group of 10 and chose the Banquet menu which provided ample food for all to eat. Every dish was very tasty and we would definitely visit again.

We always eat the tandoori lamb and tandoori chicken to start. For the mains, we ate the tandoori fish which was great

Food was excellent, one of the best Indian restaurant I have been to and the staff members were really nice and helpful. Would surely come back here to dine in. Hats off to chef Hayat and his team for the hardwork and passion they put out on the foods each day. Thank you !

We always order the tandoori chicken, lamb and fish dishes as they are the best things to eat on the menu.

We had a family meal at Flavour of India on Thursday night. This placed had a quite atmosphere where we could hear each other talk, waiters were very friendly but not on top of you, food was clean and tasty and the chef even had the time to come out and speak with the guests. Overall good experience! Would return.

I had the mot wonderful dinner and experience at Flavour Of India. The food was amazing and the staff so incredibly friendly. Hayat was so kind and made us feel very special sharing stories and making us feel so welcome. Will definitely be back, this is a beautiful place.
